Message	core. You don't have to wait for it to be rebuilt. There should be plenty places in your area that could probably do it pretty cheap. I used to live there, if you can speak spanish, you can probably get it done fast and cheap. I don't know of any places to recommend though. Haven't lived there in 12 years. Go back often though, my grandparents still live there.
